There are many reasons for this phenomenon, such as the speed of the slurry pump is high; the shaft of the slurry pump is bent or the main shaft of the water pump and the main shaft of the motor are not concentric or parallel; the lift of the selected water pump is inappropriate; there is a blockage in the water pump object; the motor’s roller does not provide bearings, the bearing is damaged, etc.
The solution is to prescribe the right medicine. Check the circuit voltage and reduce the speed of the water pump; correct the main shaft of the water pump or adjust the relative position of the water pump and the motor; reselect the pump and select a slurry pump with appropriate lift; clean unnecessary sand or blockages; replace the ball bearings of the motor.
